This page explains how to delete your Tenzle account and the data associated with it. You can do it yourself inside the app, or ask us to do it for you by email. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Deleting your Tenzle account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Store subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google, not by us, so they keep renewing and charging you even after your account is gone.
If you have a paid subscription, cancel it before deleting your account:
The quickest way to delete your account is inside the Tenzle app:
Your account and data are deleted immediately, and you are signed out. This cannot be reversed.
If you can no longer access the app, you can ask us to delete your account by email:
We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
Deleting your account removes your data from our systems, including:
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. We cannot recover a deleted account or its data. (Note that, as explained above, deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — you must cancel that separately.) Short-term server logs that may contain technical data such as your IP address age out on their normal schedule, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you never created an account and only gave us your email for the early-access waitlist, you can ask us to remove that email at any time. Email admin@tenzle.com from the address you signed up with and ask to be removed from the waitlist.
